Frequently Asked Questions

You control where your vehicle is repaired, not your insurance company. This is completely normal and we will work directly with your insurance company to make the arrangements for repair at our facility.

We take great pride in our work and strive to get you back in your ride within 7–10 days. We recognize the inconvenience and will get it back to you as soon as it's done right! The majority of the time spent waiting is working with the insurance company and parts suppliers.

Absolutely! We have partnerships with leading rental agencies and are able to get your car in our shop and you on the road with no money out of your pocket.*
*If you have rental car coverage, your insurance company will reimburse us, if not, your loaner will be a courtesy from us.

We do not get our clients directly from the insurance companies and are able to pass along the savings to you. We are NOT a Direct Repair facility and choose to bring the savings to our customers, NOT the insurance companies.

A supplement is any additional part or labor needed to complete a vehicle’s repair that wasn’t included in the original insurance estimate. Supplements are billed to the insurance company and do not affect your out-of-pocket expense. When a vehicle is dropped off into our possession, a thorough inspection is done to determine if any additional repairs are necessary in order to return your vehicle to its pre-storm condition. Occasionally, no supplement is needed on a claim. Supplements may cause a vehicle's completion date to be extended, and while we strive to have your vehicle done as soon as possible, we also pride ourselves on our ethics and taking every step to ensure your vehicle is repaired the right way with no corners&nbps;cut.

You earn $100 for every person you refer to us who utilizes our services.
